Refund and Return Policy

Return of Goods:

We accept returns for all unopened, unused and undamaged products within 7 days of receipt. After inspecting the return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Once you receive your item, processing may take 3-5 business days. For return assistance, please contact us at info@Batchvape.com.

We will provide a shipping label with your return. However, please note that shipping costs are at our discretion and may vary. This charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Note: All e-liquids are non-returnable once opened or if the seal is broken.

Warranty:
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Equipment:
Our policy includes a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery. Submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer after 7 days.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leaks or external components.

We offer a one-time exchange or refund to the original method of payment.

Disposable Products:
Warranties for disposable e-cigarettes are subject to our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions, please email Support@vapejuicedepot.com. Defective disposable products will be refunded via the original method of payment.

We do not offer exchange or replacement services for disposable e-cigarettes.

Topics covered:
Dead on arrival, auto fire, leak on arrival.

Not covered:
Flavors, e-cigarette life expectancy.

Items not covered:
Replace coils, pods, glass, water tanks, atomizers and e-liquid.

Defective Product:
Defective products returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning defective products unless the product is delivered damaged upon arrival.

Lost/Damaged Items:
Report missing/damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Glass items and accessories are not covered under warranty unless broken upon arrival.

Order Cancellation:
Contact info@batchvape.com and enter “Cancellation Request: Order Number” to cancel your order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may refuse the package or return it for a refund.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If a refund cannot be made via the original method of payment, a store credit may be issued.

Package Lost or Stolen:

Batchvape is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. Claims must be made directly with the carrier.
