Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency and others. You can find the available payment options on the checkout page.

Payments may be declined for reasons such as incorrect credit card information, insufficient funds, or payment service provider issues. To resolve this, please verify the accuracy of your payment information or contact your payment provider for assistance.

We do not offer cash on delivery. You must use online payment methods when purchasing.

Shipment

What are the shipping conditions?

Shipping is free for orders within the US and Australia. For select countries, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method, which eliminates the need for customs clearance and duties on your part.

Shipping Methods:

US: UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)

UK: Local DPD Express

Europe: UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express

European countries eligible for DDP method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

Note: Shipments to European countries (excluding the UK) will clear customs in Germany and ship from there to other European destinations.

For countries not mentioned above, customs clearance and duty payment will be required upon arrival of your package. To determine the exact tax amount, it is recommended to contact your local customs authority for specific information. In addition, your customs authority may require a business license.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items, the destination of the shipment and the shipping method selected. The total shipping costs are usually displayed during the ordering process.

If your package is lost or there are significant delays, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate and assist in resolving the matter.

To track your order, you can log into your account and navigate to the "Order History" section. In addition, we will send you order tracking information via email.

Currently, no tariffs are required, with the exception of Canada and Denmark.

The storage time is 1 to 5 days, while the shipping time is usually between 7 and 15 days, depending on the product.

Returns

How can I change the items in my order?

To make changes to your order, you can do so until 11:00 PM (PDT -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at info@batchvape.com to request any changes.

Our return policy allows returns within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
